Squash Court Project

OACG has already finished the initiative ground work to construct and build two squash courts for Ananda College with all the facilities. Initially this whole project was estimated to be a 4 Million project. In addition to this OACG plays an important role in promoting the game of squash at Ananda by conducting a training program for present Anandians.

Scholarship Fund

This is a fund maintained by the OACG to donate scholarships worth of Rs. 6000/= per student anually. Under this scheme 15 such scholarships are donated every year to a set of selected present Anandians who have financial dificulties.

PABX Wiring

OACG is decided to rewire entire Telephone extension system. This project is contract to Metropolitan Telcom Services (pvt) Ltd. OACG is spending over Rs 600,000 on this project. Project is expected to complete first week January of 2007.

Dental Clinic Renovation

College dental clinic was refurbished & renovated with modern equipment by the Centenary Group. Project was completed in 2003. This dental clinic project was entrusted to our group by the main OBA, on the invitation of the principal and the college management.

The Ceremony to pay Tribute to Patriotic Old Anandians

("Ranawiru Upahara")

This was a much awaited project at Ananda. There are these brave old Anandians who have done so much to bring in peace to Sri Lanka. They have displayed their loyalty, discipline, bravery, uprightness, determination and courage in the battle field. OACG, understanding the bounded duty of them as Sri Lankans and Old Anandians to appreciate and honour all those old Anandians who have sacrificed their lives to safeguard the country's sovereignty, organized this ceremony in November 1998.
